sounds good! but how does it work?

  • Pricing displayed is the price per month for the entire contract period. 

  • Payment is made on the 1st of each month. No other arrangements will be made.

  • 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the agreement to ensure the number of projects/hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12-month commitments as we determine necessary.

  • Your retainer includes a set number of hours each month. Additional projects/tasks will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $35 per hour.

  • Unused hours will expire. They do not roll over each month. When you are approaching your hour threshold, I will let you know before going over.

  • You will get a detailed report each week of the projects/tasks worked and hours allocated to them.

  • A project management system, Asana, will be used to track and manage tasks and projects. This system is mandatory and you will receive the necessary training.

  • Projects/tasks require a 72-hour deadline notice. Notice must include time needed for revisions.

What does this service include?

  • Graphic Design - icons, typography treatment, and other graphics for new products/services of your existing business(es)

  • Web Design - Updating existing Squarespace, Wix, or Wordpress sites - sourcing and adding images, adding new pages, updating blog pages, etc.

  • Digital Materials - social media graphics, blog banners, and other web designs

  • Print Materials - media kits, one sheets, brochures, business cards, letterhead, etc.

  • Updating Existing Materials - contingent on the availability of source files

  • Tech Support - Squarespace, Wix, or Wordpress website, MailChimp, Acuity, Google Analytics, and others upon request

  • Services do NOT include the creation of new brand identities

  • Services do NOT include content copywriting, editing, or proofreading

  • Services do NOT include social media management

  • Services do NOT include email marketing management

  • Services do NOT include building new websites

  • Services do NOT include printing
